I am building my first decision intelligence app with AI: NextPriority
Join me as I develop a decision intelligence app in public with AI
Hello friends đđť
Yaron is here.
This time, I have some exciting news. I decided to join the big movement of people who build solutions for real problems with AI and vibe coding tools, and develop my very first decision intelligence app, NextPriority, with Base44. Iâm happy to give you a demo of the MVP.
NextPriority is an app that helps decision-makers gain clarity about their decisions through decision visualization and documentation. It enables you to create 2X2 matrices, compare and contrast items with your team, and document your decisions so you can reference them later and improve your decision-making process as a team.
This app is mainly for individuals and teams who make strategic decisions with multiple options and variables that can impact them
Hereâs my quick demo for you if youâd like to watch it. If you give it a try, Iâd love to get some feedback about the app from you.

Making the most out of the NextPriority app
Here are a few tips to make the most of the app.
đ˘ Choose the right input
Matrixâs name - Choose a name for the matrix that represents what you want to achieve with the matrix (e.g., feature prioritization, risk analysis, etc.)
Variables - Make sure you select 2 impactful variables to help you judge the different items youâll add to the matrix, to help you make a more informed decision (e.g., âImpact vs Effortâ, âLikelihood vs Impactâ, etc.)
Number selection - When you attach numbers to your items across the two variables, make sure you involve your group or team, and as a group, understand what data and information you have to support your decision
Adjust as needed - If new information comes in, you can always adjust your variables and see how that changes the big picture
đ Document your decision
Information and assumptions - You made your decision based on information. Make sure to document the information known at the time you made your decision, as well as the assumptions you had. This will help you and your team analyze your decisions and improve them over time
The final decision - Document your actual decision with enough detail to know what was agreed upon
Next steps - Make sure to document the next steps. This will help you and your team move from decision to action

I know itâs a matter of preference, so Iâm giving you the choice.
I hope you enjoyed this post. Stay tuned for my future updates on NextPrioroity and additional decision intelligence applications.
